Registration Fees

Registration fee is $85 per adult person. Teenagers (13-17) get 15% discount, children (6-12) get 25% discount, children (2-5), get 50% discount, and children under 2 are free.

The fees cover 2 nights of lodging and 5 meals. College students maybe eligible for a discount depending on the total number of attendees and the availability of extra funding from sponsoring communities. The steering committee encourages students' organizations to obtain some funding from their local Muslim organizations if available.

Below are two registration forms. The first from is for the Leadership Conference and the second form is for the parallel MSA, Youth and Families camp. Delegates to the Leadership Camp who are brining their families should register the family members for the who would be brining their families in the Youth and Families camp.

Leadership Conference Registration

It's our hope that each organization would participate with a delegation of several members. The organization should designate an official delegation leader to serve as its official representative at the conference. When there is voting, each organization will have one vote regardless of the size of its delegation. In the event that the number of total prospective participants exceeds the camp capacity, the steering committee reserves the right to limit the delegation size to ensure that each organization in the region gets the opportunity to take part in the conference.

MSA Youth & Family Camp Registration

This is a parallel activity to the Leadership Conference intended to take advantage of the availability of the camp facility and to provide an option for participants in the conference to bring their families along if they so desire.

Except for the prayer and food part, the rest of the program for the camp is separate from the leadership conference. The camp program will be organized by the participating MSA chapters.
